Clients who cancel 48 hours or more before their appointment will receive a full deposit refund. For cancellations within 24-48 hours, we'll happily reschedule the appointment to a more convenient date, but the deposit will not be refunded (except in cases of emergency). Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit.
